This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloating, loose stools, and vomiting.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 capsules, 3 times a day after meals.

Precautions

This medication is advised against for women who are breastfeeding, as the drug can be transmitted to the baby through breast milk, potentially causing an increased heart rate in the infant. Additionally, children under 7 years of age should not take this medication, as their bodies may be sensitive to the drug. This medication contains lactose; therefore, individuals with a genetic issue that hinders lactose digestion should not take it. For example, this includes those with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption.
