Adult dosage

For adolescents aged 12 and older or adults, spray once into each nostril up to 3 times a day. The interval between applications should be at least 8 hours.

This medication should not be used by children under 12 years of age, especially those under 7 years and infants under 2 years old. Moreover, individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients should also avoid use. People currently taking or who have recently stopped taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anticholinergic medications within the past two weeks should not use this medication. Before using this medication, individuals with a history of allergic reactions or previously experienced allergic symptoms due to medications should consult with a doctor or pharmacist. Individuals with conditions such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, or glaucoma should also consult with a healthcare professional before using this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as those who are nursing, should consult with healthcare professionals before use. Those experiencing coughing due to smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or persistent or recurrent coughing lasting more than a week should consult with a professional before use. If symptoms such as skin rash, swelling, irritation, or itching occur while using this medication, use should be stopped immediately, and a healthcare professional should be consulted. If symptoms do not improve after using this medication for more than three days, use should be stopped, and professional medical advice should be sought. This medication must be used according to the prescribed method and dosage, as excessive use can lead to increased nasal congestion. It should only be used as a nasal spray and must not be applied to the eyes or ears. To prevent contamination, it is best not to share it with others. It should not be used for more than seven consecutive days, and caution should be exercised as drowsiness may occur while using it, especially when operating vehicles or machinery. It is advisable to avoid alcohol while using this medication, and supervision by a guardian is necessary when used in children. The ingredient benzalkonium chloride included in this medication can cause bronchial spasms, and prolonged use may cause irritation or swelling of the nasal mucosa, so caution is required. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Also, for quality maintenance, it is important not to transfer it to other containers.
