This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of cold such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Individuals aged 15 years and older: Take 2 capsules three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating.

Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult with a physician or pharmacist. The acetaminophen component contained in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions; therefore, if a rash or hypersensitivity reaction occurs, cease use immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is 4,000 mg, so do not take this medication in conjunction with other acetaminophen-containing products. The pseudoephedrine component in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions; therefore, if fever or multiple small blisters develop, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare provider. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its components, those with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months of age, those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications within the last two weeks, and individuals with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take this medication. During treatment, it is advisable not to take other cough medications, cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines alongside this product. Especially children, elderly individuals, and those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a healthcare provider before use. If any unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur during the course of treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. Children under 2 years old should generally not use this medication, and medical advice should be sought if necessary. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines and avoid prolonged use; abstaining from alcohol during treatment is also recommended. This medication may cause drowsiness, so it is safer to avoid driving or operating machinery. If taken with certain antidepressants or antibiotics, adverse effects may occur, so inform healthcare providers about any medications currently being taken. Store in a tightly sealed container to prevent air or moisture from entering, and keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius.   • Asthma attack

Mild side effects

Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling (edema), difficulty urinating, dry mouth, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA), rash, redness (hyperemia), itching
