This medication contains vitamins B1, B6, and E which help improve physical fatigue, support stamina during pregnancy, lactation, and recovery from illness, and maintain health in older adults. Additionally, it is effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as in reducing symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue. It alleviates muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency and aids in zinc supplementation. Overall, this medication is effectively used for recovering from fatigue, relieving pain, and for nutritional supplementation.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, infants under 12 months old, patients with severe renal failure, or those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts. During treatment with this medication, it is advised not to take phosphate salts, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications like levodopa together. Women who are undergoing medical treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding, patients with gastrointestinal disorders or heart and kidney conditions, and those with hypoalbuminemia should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, dermatitis, arrhythmias, hair loss, or hypotension occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. For women, this medication may affect the menstrual cycle, and taking it in conjunction with estrogen-containing contraceptives may increase the risk of thrombosis, so caution is advised. Additionally, prolonged high-dose pyridoxine use can induce neurological disorders, and excessive vitamin B12 intake in patients with folate deficiency can lead to hematological abnormalities. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart failure may occur, and there is a risk of hyperkalemia when combined with certain diuretics, so caution is necessary. This medication should be strictly adhered to its prescribed dosage and administration, and teas containing tannins such as green tea or black tea should be avoided before and after taking it. Patients at risk of lipid overload should regularly monitor plasma lipid levels and adjust medication doses as necessary.
