This medication is used for patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled with monotherapy of Candesartan Cilexetil and Esamlodipine (Amlodipine). It effectively lowers blood pressure, reduces the risk of cardiovascular complications, and helps improve blood pressure management for patients.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dosage for this medication is one tablet once a day, taken with water irrespective of meals. It is advisable to take it at the same time every day (e.g., morning). For patients with kidney impairment, a starting dose of 4 mg once daily of Candesartan Cilexetil is recommended, so initiating this medication is not preferable in such cases. For patients with liver impairment, a starting dose of 2 mg once daily of Candesartan Cilexetil is recommended.

Precautions
