Precautions

This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus if taken during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, so women who are pregnant or could become pregnant should not take it. Patients with severe liver or kidney impairment need to be cautious when taking this medication. Those with impaired liver function are at risk of hepatic encephalopathy, and patients with severe kidney dysfunction may experience side effects due to drug accumulation in the body. Patients allergic to this medication or similar drugs, or who have had hypersensitivity reactions, should not take this medication. Nursing women are advised against taking this medication, and patients with biliary obstructive disease, severe liver dysfunction, severe aortic stenosis, or in a state of shock should also avoid it. Caution is needed when driving or operating machinery, as dizziness or drowsiness may occur during treatment with this medication. In case of overdose, severe hypotension, dizziness, heart problems, etc. may occur, and immediate consultation with healthcare professionals is required; emergency treatment should be sought if necessary.
