Vitamins B1 and B6 can help supplement physical fatigue, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and in cases of illness or recovery when stamina is depleted. Additionally, these vitamins are effective in alleviating pain from neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and are also used to treat oral inflammations such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. They are beneficial for skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis and also aid in preventing beriberi and relieving eye fatigue. Furthermore, they assist with muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency, contributing to overall health improvement. Thus, vitamins B1 and B6 are used to alleviate various symptoms and enhance health.
