How to take

Adult dose

Adults (aged 15 and over): 2 tablets at a time. Take 30 minutes to 1 hour before travel for motion sickness prevention. Additional doses may be taken after intervals of more than 4 hours, up to 2 times a day. Dissolve or chew the tablet in the mouth.

Child dose
