This medicine is used to relieve various pain conditions including headache, toothache, post-extraction pain, sore throat, joint pain, neuralgia, lower back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, contusion and fracture pain, sprain pain, menstrual pain, trauma-related pain, and also has antipyretic effects for chills and fever, helping to reduce body temperature. Taking this medication can effectively alleviate discomfort from pain and fever.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 15 years and older: 1 to 3 times a day, 1 to 2 capsules per dose. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist if regularly consumed with three or more glasses of alcohol daily, as gastrointestinal bleeding may occur with this medication or other analgesics. Patients with cardiovascular diseases or those with hypertension, congestive heart failure, ischemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, and cerebrovascular diseases should use this medication cautiously. Particularly with high doses, there is an increased risk of thrombosis such as myocardial infarction or stroke, so caution is needed. Those who have had hypersensitivity reactions to this medication or have triggered asthma, infants under 3 months, and individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should not take this medication. It is safest not to take this medication in conjunction with other analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives. Infants and children under 15 years infected with chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic constitutions, and individuals with liver, kidney, or thyroid conditions, the elderly, and pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Especially after 30 weeks of pregnancy, this medication should be avoided due to the risk of early closure of the ductus arteriosus in the fetus. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, abdominal pain, dizziness, or swelling occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, if severe skin reactions or asthmatic symptoms occur, or if symptoms do not improve after taking the medication, stop use immediately and seek medical attention. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and avoid prolonged use, and avoid alcohol during the medication. This medication should not be used in children under 2 years of age unless absolutely necessary, and a doctor's consultation is required in such cases. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight and moisture, in a cool place, and should not be transferred to another container.
