If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, it is recommended to switch to another antihypertensive that has been confirmed to be safe instead of this medication. If you are breastfeeding, this medication can be transmitted through breast milk, so you should either stop breastfeeding or consult about alternative treatment methods. This medication is not recommended for children under 18 years of age as its safety and effectiveness have not been sufficiently established. In case of overdose, symptoms such as severe hypotension, dizziness, and renal failure may occur, so if any unusual symptoms occur, immediate emergency treatment is required.
