This medication contains vitamins B1, B2, and B6, which help alleviate physical fatigue, especially during pregnancy, lactation, or when energy is decreased due to illness or post-illness. It is also effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain. It is used for inflammatory symptoms around the mouth, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as for eczema and dermatitis. It helps in the recovery from eye fatigue and has efficacy in improving beriberi symptoms. This medication is also used to relieve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Overall, it is effective in improving various symptoms, helping in health recovery.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 12 and over and adults: Take 20 mL twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by anyone with an allergic reaction to this medication or its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 12 months or patients with severely impaired kidney function should not take this medication. While taking this medication, do not use phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or drugs like levodopa together. Women receiving treatment, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, children, individuals with heart or circulatory problems, those with kidney disorders, and patients with hypoproteinemia should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loose stools, red spots, diarrhea, abnormal heartbeats, or central nervous system depression occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term or high-dose use of pyridoxine may lead to problems in the peripheral nervous system, so caution is required. High doses of this medication may worsen peptic ulcers, affect blood sugar control, increase uric acid levels or cause liver damage. Also, high doses may lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, so caution is advised. Co-administration with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may increase the risk of high potassium levels in the blood, so they should not be taken together. If you accidentally overdose on this medication or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a specialist immediately. This medication must be taken according to prescribed dosage and frequency, and may cause urine to turn yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid teas that contain tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Keep this medicine out of reach of children and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a sealed container. Finally, to maintain the quality of the medication, do not transfer it to another container.
