How to take

Adult dose

This medication is taken as 1 tablet once daily with water, regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., morning) if possible. For patients whose blood pressure is not controlled with the combination of Telmisartan/Amlodipine, 40/5/12.5 mg of this drug may be administered, and the dosage should be adjusted at intervals of more than 2 weeks based on the patient's blood pressure response. The maximum dosage of this medication is 80/5/25 mg.

Precautions

This medicine can pose serious risks to the fetus, especially in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy, therefore, it should be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. Patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function may see their condition worsen if they use this medicine and should exercise caution. Patients who are allergic to any component of this medicine or similar medications, or have previously had hypersensitivity reactions, should not take this drug. Concomitant use of this medicine with other antihypertensive agents, diuretics, potassium supplements, etc., may cause interactions, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. If any abnormal symptoms occur during use, notify a healthcare provider immediately and seek appropriate measures. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and avoid direct sunlight.
