This medication may cause serious harm to the fetus and newborn if taken during pregnancy, so it should be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. Patients with impaired liver function or progressive liver disease may experience serious complications such as hepatic coma when taking this medication, so caution is needed. In patients with severe kidney disease, some components of this medication may accumulate in the body, leading to issues such as hyperazotemia, thus it should be used with care. Patients who are hypersensitive to any ingredients in this medication or have specific liver or kidney diseases should not take it. Patients with severe hypotension or with certain heart valve diseases or in shock should also refrain from using this medication. In patients who are deficient in sodium or body fluids, administration of this medication may cause hypotension, so the patient's condition should be carefully reviewed and supplemented if necessary. Patients with high potassium levels or those taking potassium supplements should carefully monitor changes in potassium concentration. Patients with heart diseases such as heart failure or after myocardial infarction, as well as those with acute myocardial infarction, require special caution when administering this medication. Elderly patients may easily experience hypotension or electrolyte imbalances, so starting at a low dose and closely monitoring their condition is necessary. During treatment with this medication, neurological side effects such as dizziness or headache may occur, and routine blood tests may show abnormal liver function or electrolyte imbalances. In case of overdose, severe hypotension, shock, or impaired consciousness may occur, and immediate medical attention should be sought.
