Adult dose

15 years and older and adults: 2 capsules three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Child dose

Aged over 7 years to under 15 years: 1 capsule three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

This medication contains pseudoephedrine, which may occasionally cause severe skin reactions such as serious skin rashes. If symptoms like fever, red spots on the skin, or small blisters occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication should not be taken by individuals with certain diseases or conditions. For example, those allergic to this medication or its components, individuals with a history of allergic reactions, those who have previously experienced asthma from this medication, infants under 3 months old, those currently taking or have recently stopped certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, patients with severe or uncontrolled high blood pressure, and those with severely impaired kidney function should avoid taking this medication. Additionally, while taking this medication, it is advisable not to combine it with cough suppressants or expectorants, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines. It may also be necessary to consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. For example, if children have had or are suspected to have chickenpox or influenza, individuals with certain abdominal pain or bleeding symptoms, those with allergic constitution or previous drug allergy experiences, patients with liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, urinary difficulties, elderly patients, those with weakened bodies or high fevers, individuals with gastrointestinal diseases, those experiencing severe fluid loss, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those currently taking other medications, it is important to consult beforehand. If symptoms such as skin rashes, itching, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, edema, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, or insomnia occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult an expert. Although rare, serious allergic reactions or severe damage to the skin and mucous membranes can occur, requiring caution. This medication is not to be used in children under the age of 2 unless absolutely necessary, and a doctor's consultation is required. Be sure to adhere to the correct dosage and duration of treatment, and supervise when administering to children. During treatment, avoid alcohol and be cautious as drowsiness may occur, refraining from driving or operating machinery. Finally, store this medication out of the reach of children in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and do not transfer it to another container.

Serious side effects

• Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, cold sweat, pallor, difficulty breathing → Anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction)
• Severe rash accompanied by high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes → Steven-Johnson syndrome, Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks → Asthma
• Sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion of consciousness.

This medication must be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain the storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
