It is also effective in preventing beriberi and relieving eye fatigue. Overall, this product is used to enhance health and alleviate symptoms when there is a deficiency of various vitamins and zinc.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Aged 12 years and older: 1 to 2 times per day, 1 tablet at a time.

Children's dosage

Aged 8 years and older to under 12 years: 1 time per day, 1 tablet at a time.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with hypercalcemia or kidney diseases. Vitamin D in this medication may cause hypercalcemia in infants through breast milk, so caution is advised. Individuals allergic to certain coloring agents should also take this medication cautiously. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, irregular heartbeat, or hair loss occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a professional. In women, menstrual changes may occur, and those taking oral contraceptives should be cautious due to an increased risk of thrombosis. Long-term use of high doses may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of certain vitamins can cause nerve damage or hematological abnormalities. High doses may cause gastrointestinal disorders, blood sugar control issues, liver damage, and edema. Additionally, taking this with certain diuretics may dangerously elevate blood potassium levels, so caution is warranted. Dosage should be strictly followed, and this medication should be administered to children under adult supervision. This medication may affect urine test results and can change urine color to yellow, so take note of this. It is recommended to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after use. Finally, store this medication in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and not transferring it to other containers.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, constipation, rash, redness, loose stools, stomatitis, anorexia, abdominal distension, red spots, flu-like symptoms, central nervous system dysfunction, dermatitis, odor during sweating or breathing, hair loss, irritability, gastrointestinal disturbances, digestive disorders, upper abdominal pain, hypotension, pulmonary edema, menstrual changes, bleeding, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, hematological abnormalities, gastrointestinal symptoms due to high-dose intake, hypernatremia, and edema.
