Depending on the patient's condition, appropriate medication adjustments are necessary, and regular blood pressure monitoring is essential to maintain health. This combination therapy is used for the effective control of essential hypertension.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication is taken once daily, 1 tablet, with or without food. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning). For patients whose blood pressure is not controlled with telmisartan/amlodipine combination therapy, 40/5/12.5 mg may be administered, adjusting the dose at intervals of more than 2 weeks considering the patient's blood pressure response. Precautions

This medication should not be taken during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it can cause serious harm to the fetus. If pregnancy is confirmed, immediately discontinue use and consult a physician. Patients with impaired liver function or ongoing liver disease should be cautious, as this medication may induce hepatic coma. It is advisable not to use this medication in patients with severely impaired kidney function, as it may worsen kidney function.
