This medication has an antipyretic effect, helping to reduce fever and alleviating cold and various pains. It is especially effective in reducing headaches, toothaches, muscle pain, lower back pain, menstrual cramps, and joint pain. It is used to improve the discomfort that patients experience in daily life through relief from these various pains.
Children over 12 years and adults: Take 2 tablets every 8 hours. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours.

This medication can be burdensome on the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three drinks per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. During the use of this medication, severe rashes, blisters, or allergic reactions may occur on the skin; if any of these symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Since it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, and it should not be taken together with other medications containing acetaminophen. This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to it, have a peptic ulcer, severe blood disorders, significant liver or kidney dysfunction, weakened heart function, a history of aspirin-induced asthma, are taking certain medications, or are under 12 years of age. As it is a controlled-release formulation, do not crush or chew the tablets; they must be swallowed whole, as this is crucial for maintaining the correct efficacy of the medication. Individuals with liver or kidney disease, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, heart function abnormalities, hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, elderly patients, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking certain medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If during use symptoms such as difficulty breathing, flushing, hives, severe nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, skin rashes, severe allergic reactions, or symptoms indicating liver or kidney dysfunction occur, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare personnel. If taking this medication for an extended period, regular blood tests and liver function tests should be conducted, and if abnormalities are found, dosage adjustments or discontinuation may be necessary. Both children and elderly individuals should take the minimum dose and pay special attention to adverse reactions, and use should be avoided with other anti-inflammatory pain relievers. This medication should not be taken for more than 10 days for pain or more than 3 days for fever; consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist or worsen. This medication may mask infection symptoms; if an infection is suspected, appropriate antibiotic treatment should be received simultaneously. In case of overdose, even in the absence of symptoms, immediate hospital visit for liver protective treatment is necessary. When storing, keep in a tightly sealed container at room temperature and ensure it is in a safe place out of the reach of children. Do not transfer the medication from its original container to another, and make sure to keep the lid tightly closed.
