It also helps improve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency and supports selenium supplementation. This medicine is effective in alleviating these symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults aged 12 years and older, take 1 capsule twice a day

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to specific ingredients or have hypersensitivity reactions. Additionally, infants under 12 months old or patients with severe renal impairment should not take this medicine. Those with a history of allergies to soybean oil, soy, peanuts, etc., should also avoid this medication. During the course of taking this medicine, it should not be taken with drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics in the tetracycline family, and antacids.
