This medication is effectively used for various joint diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It also helps with ankylosing spondylitis and tendinitis (tendon inflammation) and significantly contributes to pain relief from acute gout. It can also be used to alleviate symptoms of dysmenorrhea. Additionally, it is effective for bursitis and skeletal muscle disorders (sprains, strains, trauma), low back pain, and pain relief after surgery and tooth extraction. It is also used in the treatment of migraines, aiding in the management of various pains. Therefore, this medication is widely used for the treatment of several pain and inflammation-related conditions.

How to take

This medication may cause gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol a day, so it is important to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication can increase the risk of cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction or stroke, so patients with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should take special care. It may also result in serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, especially in the elderly or those on prolonged treatment. Patients with serious conditions such as peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, cardiac failure, kidney dysfunction, or hypertension should not take this medication, nor should those with hypersensitivity to its components. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers or bleeding tendencies, those with weakened liver or kidney function, hypertensive patients, and asthmatic patients should use this medication cautiously, and the elderly should also take care. Various side effects may occur during the use of this medication, including hypersensitivity, gastrointestinal disturbances, blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney disorders, neuropsychiatric symptoms, skin complications, auditory and visual impairments, and if any unusual symptoms arise, immediate consultation with a doctor is advised. This medication should be taken at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible, and regular blood tests and liver function tests should be conducted for those on long-term treatment. In particular, children with a high fever, the elderly, and frail patients should be closely monitored after administration.
