Relief of pain from cold and arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis)
This medication is effective for the relief of fever and pain caused by colds, and is used for back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, as well as relief of postoperative pain. It is also effective for headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue injuries (sprains and bruises), and non-joint rheumatic diseases such as tendinitis, tendosynovitis, and bursitis. Overall, this drug helps improve the discomfort of patients by treating various inflammatory and painful conditions.
1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer 200-600mg orally 3-4 times daily. A maximum of 3200mg per day is possible. 2. Mild and moderate pain, cold: Administer 200-400mg orally 3-4 times daily. 3. Migraine: Administer 200-400mg orally once every 24 hours.
2. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: Administer 30-40mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 oral doses daily.
This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist before use for individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, as combining it with alcohol may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Patients at risk for heart disease or stroke, or those on long-term medication should use it cautiously as cardiovascular adverse reactions may increase. Particularly, it’s advisable to avoid high-dose usage in individuals with hypertension, heart failure, ischemic heart disease, etc. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations. Older adults or those taking it long-term are at higher risk, so caution is warranted. Do not use this medication if you have a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, severe hypertension, or if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. It is also safe to refrain from using this drug for anyone who has had allergic reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications. Pregnant women in their third trimester should avoid this medication as it may harm the fetus. During the use of this medication, do not exceed the recommended dosage and do not take it in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications. Additionally, if breastfeeding, it may cause adverse reactions in the infant, so breastfeeding should be stopped or the medication should not be used. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication if you have blood disorders, liver or kidney function issues or heart disease, severe hypertension, etc. If you are taking medications that may interact with this drug (e.g., ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, etc.), consult an expert. If you experience skin rashes, breathing difficulties, swelling, severe gastrointestinal pain, bleeding, vision changes, dizziness, liver function abnormalities, etc., stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare provider. It is advisable to take this medication at the minimum effective dosage for the shortest duration possible, and to undergo regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests if taken long-term. In cases of overdose, seek medical attention immediately, even if you have no symptoms, as you should definitely visit a medical facility. Taking this medication after the 20th week of pregnancy can cause anomalies in fetal kidney function; therefore, it should only be used at the minimal effective dosage for the shortest duration necessary and amniotic fluid status should be regularly checked.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blistering, peeling skin, pain in oral/ocular mucosa, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, asthma attack, respiratory abnormalities with cough+fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, altered consciousness, visual disturbances, paralysis, urination changes

This medication may be sensitive to air and moisture, so it should be stored in a tightly sealed container. The ideal storage temperature is at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. Proper storage will help maintain the medication's effectiveness for a longer time.
