This medication is used for patients who require simultaneous administration of Amlodipine and Losartan, as well as Rosuvastatin and Ezetimibe combination. The Amlodipine/Losartan combination is used for the treatment of hypertension and is particularly effective for patients with stage 2 hypertension who have difficulty controlling blood pressure with monotherapy or need combination therapy. Meanwhile, the Rosuvastatin/Ezetimibe combination is used as an adjunct to diet for lowering cholesterol and triglyceride levels in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia and mixed dyslipidemia, as well as for increasing levels of good HDL cholesterol. This medication is recommended when there is insufficient response to existing dietary and non-drug therapies for safe administration, and the underlying causes of dyslipidemia must be verified and addressed. Additionally, regular blood lipid tests are necessary to evaluate treatment effects, and timely lipid testing and initiation of treatment are critical in cases of acute coronary events. Overall, this medication is used effectively to manage hypertension and dyslipidemia to improve patients' cardiovascular health.
