Additionally, anyone with an allergic reaction to this medication or any of its components should avoid taking it. Infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe symptoms of renal failure should also refrain from using this medication. While taking this medication, patients should not take other drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. Before taking this medication, individuals who are currently under a doctor's care, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, and newborns should absolutely consult a physician or pharmacist. Caution is necessary as vitamin D can be transmitted through breast milk to newborns, causing hypercalcemia. Patients with heart or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, low protein levels, those taking cardiac glycosides, and those with a history of kidney stones should also consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. If nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, low blood pressure, flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rash occurs while taking this medication, it is essential to immediately discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Moreover, long-term use of pyridoxine at doses between 500mg to 2g per day can lead to peripheral nerve abnormalities, so caution is required. Overdose may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal disturbances, increased blood sodium, heart failure, or edema, so precautions should be taken. Long-term use may lead to hypercalcemia or stone formation, so this should be monitored closely. Taking this medication with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene can increase potassium levels in the blood, so caution is necessary. If an overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after over one month of use, immediately consult a healthcare professional. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and it is recommended to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after consumption. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
