This medication includes vitamins B1, D, and E for support during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, reduced stamina due to illness or after illness, growth periods, and old age. In particular, vitamin D helps improve poor bone and tooth development and prevent rickets. Vitamin E alleviates symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in hands and feet, and coldness during menopause associated with peripheral circulation disorders. It is used to maintain overall health and improve symptoms through the supply of various vitamins.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or renal disease. In addition, individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its components should avoid it, along with infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure symptoms. It is advisable not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids concurrently during the administration of this medication. Women undergoing medical treatment, those who are pregnant or could become pregnant, lactating women, premature infants, and infants should all consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory issues, poor kidney function, hypoproteinemia, those taking cardiac glycosides, and those with a history of kidney stones should also consult a specialist prior to taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, constipation, skin rash, or facial flushing appear during use, the medication should be stopped immediately and a healthcare professional consulted. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Overdose may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema; long-term use may lead to hypercalcemia or nephrolithiasis. Care must be taken when administered with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene to avoid the development of hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after about one month of use, consulting a healthcare professional is advisable. It is important to adhere strictly to the prescribed usage and dosage, avoiding consumption of tannin-containing teas such as green or black tea before, during, or after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry sealed container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
