The Vitamin E, B1, B6 in this medication are used when feeling physical fatigue, during pregnancy or lactation, and when experiencing strength loss during or after illness. It also aids in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is effective in improving symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue. This medication can help with muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Thanks to these effects, it is used to reduce discomfort in daily life and enhance health.

How to take

Adult dose

For ages 12 and older, take 1 tablet once daily

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by anyone who has allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients. Moreover, infants under 12 months and patients with severe kidney dysfunction should not take this medication. During course of this medication, it is crucial to avoid taking phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and drugs like levodopa together. Women receiving treatment, pregnant or nursing women, premature infants and children, individuals with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcer or chronic ulcerative colitis, patients with cardiac or circulatory system dysfunction, renal impairment, and patients with hypoproteinemia should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If discomfort in the stomach, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, vomiting, hair loss, abnormal heart rhythms, or central nervous system dysfunction occurs during use, immediately discontinue and consult a professional. Additionally, caution is needed as menstrual cycles may become shorter or bleeding may persist. Patients taking contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk for thrombosis should be cautious as consumption of Vitamin E may increase the risk for thrombosis. Long-term high dosage of pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) may cause nerve damage, so caution is advised. Patients with folate deficiency taking high doses of Vitamin B12 may experience blood abnormalities. Overdosage may lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure, so caution is needed. When taken with certain diuretics, there may be a risk of hyperkalemia, thus consulting a professional is necessary. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, discontinue and consult a physician. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed methods and dosage, and supervision should be provided when administering to children. While taking this medication, it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins such as green tea or black tea. When storing, keep out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry sealed container.
