Ginkgo Leaf Tablet 120mg (Ginkgo Biloba Extract)

Adult dose

1) Peripheral arterial circulation disorders, dizziness, tinnitus: administer 40mg of Ginkgo Biloba Extract once, 3 times a day or 80mg once, 2 times a day orally. 2) Organic brain function disorders: administer 40-80mg of Ginkgo Biloba Extract once, 3 times a day or 120mg once, 2 times a day orally. Adjust dosage appropriately based on age and symptoms.

This medication should not be taken by individuals with allergies to specific ingredients. It is advisable not to use this medication in children under 12 years of age due to insufficient experience. Women who are pregnant should carefully consider this medication before use, as there is insufficient information regarding its safety. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance or related genetic conditions should avoid it. Patients with bleeding disorders or those taking medications that affect blood coagulation must consult with a professional before using this medication. Lactating women should also consult with a professional, as it is uncertain whether this medication can be transmitted to the baby through breast milk. If surgery is planned, this medication should be discontinued immediately, and a consultation with the attending physician is advised. If symptoms do not improve or worsen after taking the medication for more than three months, it is recommended to stop taking it and consult with a professional. Mild gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, and skin allergic reactions may rarely occur when taking this medication. Symptoms such as dizziness or itching have been reported, so care should be taken if such symptoms appear. There is also a possibility of a severe allergic reaction known as anaphylaxis, so immediate consultation with medical personnel is necessary if unusual symptoms occur. This medication is not a treatment for hypertension, so patients with high blood pressure should receive other appropriate treatments and should not use this medication as a substitute.
