This medication helps supply Vitamins A, E, B2, B6, and C during periods of physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, or age-related declines in stamina. It also alleviates dry eyes and night blindness, and reduces symptoms related to oral and skin issues including angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Additionally, it helps mitigate pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases, and prevents gum bleeding and nosebleeds. Overall, this medication is used to improve various symptoms resulting from vitamin deficiencies and to enhance health.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older and adults: 1 tablet once, twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be administered to women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant if the dosage of Vitamin A exceeds 5,000 IU per day, as high doses of Vitamin A can pose risks of congenital malformations in the fetus. Individuals allergic to any ingredients in this medication or infants under 3 months should not use this medication. Furthermore, it should not be taken concurrently with the drug Levodopa. If receiving treatment from a physician or suffering from oxalate nephropathy, gout, or kidney stones, it is crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, and premature infants or young children should also consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin itching, joint swelling, diarrhea, or rash occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if menstrual flow suddenly increases or bleeding persists, seek medical attention promptly. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients with a tendency for thrombosis should be cautious, as taking Vitamin E concurrently may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and prolonged use of high doses of Pyridoxine can result in neuropathy. High-dose use can cause side effects like peptic ulcers, blood sugar control issues, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. In particular, postmenopausal women may experience an increased risk of osteoporosis due to prolonged high-dose Vitamin A intake. Dosages must be adhered to as specified, and since Vitamin A can be sufficiently obtained from food, supplemental doses should not exceed 5,000 IU per day. This medication can affect urine test results, potentially changing urine color to yellow, which may impact clinical tests. Store in a place out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep in a cool, dry, sealed container.
