This medication is used to relieve various symptoms caused by a cold. It helps reduce nasal symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, and sneezing, as well as discomforts like sore throat, chills, and fever. It is also effective in relieving systemic symptoms like headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. Therefore, it helps to quickly and comfortably improve multiple symptoms caused by a cold.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 and older: 2 capsules three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Child dose

Ages 8 to under 15 years: 1 capsule three times a day, taken 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medication may put stress on the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. During treatment with this medication, there may be serious rashes or blisters on the skin, and if any abnormal skin symptoms occur, one should stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Caution is required not to exceed the maximum daily dosage due to the acetaminophen component, and it should not be taken along with other products containing acetaminophen. Severe skin reactions may occur due to the pseudoephedrine ingredient; therefore, if fever or small blisters on the skin appear, stop taking it and consult a professional. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components, have experienced asthma, infants under 3 months, those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications or have recently stopped them, and patients with uncontrolled severe hypertension should not take this medication. It is also safe not to take with other medications such as cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines during treatment. Children suspected of having chickenpox or flu, individuals with specific allergies or conditions, pregnant or nursing women, and the elderly should always consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. If unusual symptoms such as rashes, vomiting, dizziness, tremors, or insomnia occur after taking this medication, immediately stop taking it and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after taking it 5-6 times, see a doctor. Children under 2 years old should not take this medication except in special cases, and should always follow a physician's instructions when taking. Be sure to adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration, do not take it for prolonged periods, and guardians must supervise when administering it to children. Avoid alcohol during treatment, as drowsiness may occur. Avoid driving or operating machinery. When taken with certain medications, special caution is needed as it may affect liver function, and if unusual symptoms are suspected, stop taking it immediately.
