Precautions

This medication contains ingredients extracted from pumpkin, so it should not be taken by individuals allergic to this drug or its components. This medication contains a sugar ingredient called sorbitol, so those who have difficulty digesting certain sugars should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If symptoms such as heartburn, stomach pain, or nausea occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a specialist. Additionally, caution is needed when taken together with alpha-blockers, which lower blood pressure, as this may cause side effects such as decreased blood pressure or dizziness. Excessive use may cause sensitivity of the nervous system, so the prescribed dosage should be observed, and allergic reactions such as itching, rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulties may occur rarely. Due to sorbitol content, taking more than 10 grams per day may result in mild diarrhea. This medication does not have a fundamental therapeutic effect on benign prostatic hyperplasia, so if symptoms do not improve or worsen, medical attention from a doctor should be sought. When taking the medication, maintain the prescribed time interval and be careful not to take double doses at once. If hematuria or acute hemorrhoids occurs, immediate medical examination is required. The interactions between this medication and food are unknown, but consulting a specialist is advisable when taking other medications simultaneously. The effect of this medication on driving or operating machinery is unknown. Lastly, this medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight at temperatures below 25 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, the medication should be stored in its original container, as transferring it to another container may pose risks of quality deterioration or misuse.
