Individuals with cardiac or circulatory function issues, renal impairment, hypoalbuminemia, or a history of kidney stones should also consult a specialist before taking this medication. Prolonged high doses of Vitamin B6 may cause peripheral nerve issues, and intake of more than a certain amount of Vitamin B12 can result in hematological abnormalities, necessitating caution. Furthermore, high doses may cause exacerbation of gastric ulcers, blood sugar control issues, hyperuricemia, liver damage, and other side effects. Overdosage can lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, and caution is advised when taking with certain diuretics due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If overdosing or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult healthcare professionals promptly. This medication must be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and method, as urine may turn yellow which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of lipid overload should check plasma lipid levels and adjust the dosage of this medication if necessary, especially when used in conjunction with other lipid injection preparations, lipid content must be taken into account for adjustment.
