This medication contains Vitamin E, B1, and B6, which are beneficial during physical fatigue, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or when physical strength is depleted due to illness or after illness. It also helps relieve pain symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, and eye fatigue. It is effective for muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medication is used for recovery from fatigue and improving neurological and muscular pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 12 years and above: Take 1 tablet once a day

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with an allergic reaction to specific components. Infants under 12 months or patients with severe renal dysfunction should also refrain from taking this medication. It is advisable not to take phosphates, calcium supplements, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or medications like levodopa while using this medication. Women undergoing treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants, patients with gastrointestinal disorders, those with heart or circulatory issues, renal patients, and individuals with hypoproteinemia must consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, skin reddening, arrhythmia, central nervous system issues, dermatitis, changes in body odor, hair loss, or anxiety occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Additionally, this medication may alter menstrual cycles or result in prolonged bleeding, so caution is required. Patients on contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis may increase their risk of thrombosis when taking Vitamin E simultaneously. Long-term high-dose pyridoxine use may lead to central nervous system abnormalities; caution should be exercised. Patients with folate deficiency may exhibit blood abnormalities if they exceed a certain dose of Vitamin B12. Excessive dosing can lead to nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema, and other side effects. Caution is advised when taken with mineralocorticoids or triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If overdosed or if symptoms do not improve after a month of use, consult a professional immediately. Strict adherence to the prescribed dosage and methods of administration is necessary, and supervision is required when administering to children. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication.
