This medication is used to improve symptoms of cognitive impairment associated with arteriosclerosis, such as decreased concentration, memory decline, and dizziness.

How to take

Adult dose

As Ginkgo Biloba Extract, take 240 mg once, once a day. It can be taken without regard to meals.

Precautions

This medicine contains Ginkgo Biloba Extract, and individuals allergic to this ingredient or any other components of this medication should not take it. Additionally, safety studies regarding children and adolescents are insufficient; therefore, children and adolescents under 18 years old should not use this medication. It is also advisable for pregnant women to avoid taking this drug, and individuals with genetic lactose intolerance should avoid it due to the lactose content. While taking this medication, it is important not to combine it with anticoagulants or certain medications that affect blood coagulation. Using these medications together may increase the drug's effects too much. Moreover, this drug may affect the metabolism of other medications in the liver, so caution is necessary when used alongside drugs like calcium channel blockers or theophylline, and dosage adjustments should be made according to a doctor's instructions. If you are about to undergo surgery, discontinue this medication at least 36 hours prior to minimize the risk of bleeding, and the duration of use should be at least 8 weeks depending on symptoms.
