Adult dosage

On the first day, take 2 tablets at a time, 4 times a day. Thereafter, for maintenance, take 1 tablet at a time, 4 times a day.

This medication contains lactose, and individuals with a genetic disorder that prevents lactose breakdown should not take it. People with blood coagulation issues or severe liver or kidney disease should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should only use this medication if the benefits outweigh the risks, as its safety has not been fully confirmed. Patients taking anticoagulants should take this medication carefully under close observation by healthcare professionals, as the risk of bleeding may increase when used together. If symptoms of hypersensitivity such as rash or reddening of the skin occur while taking this medication, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, decreased appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, or vomiting may occur; if these symptoms worsen, stop taking the medication and consult a healthcare professional. Rarely, symptoms of bleeding such as nosebleeds or blood-streaked sputum may occur; if such symptoms arise, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. It is very important to take this medication exactly as prescribed and in the correct dosage. Keep this medication out of the reach of children and store it in the original container sealed to maintain quality and prevent misuse.

Mild side effects

Rash, redness (hyperemia), diarrhea, constipation, decreased appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, nosebleeds, and tendencies toward bleeding with blood-streaked sputum

This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent air or moisture ingress, preferably at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way will help maintain its effectiveness for an extended period.
