This medication is used to alleviate various types of pain. It is effective for several pains such as headaches, toothaches, sore throats, joint pain, muscle pain, and menstrual pain. It also helps to alleviate fever and chills, aiding in overall comfort. This medication is widely used to improve multiple pain and fever symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 years and older: 1-3 times a day, 1-2 capsules per dose Take avoiding an empty stomach. The interval between doses should be more than 4 hours.

Child dose

Ages 8 years to under 15 years: 1 capsule 1-3 times a day Take avoiding an empty stomach. The interval between doses should be more than 4 hours.

Precautions

Individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication due to the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. People with heart or vascular issues, high blood pressure, diabetes, or other risk factors should avoid taking this medication in high doses and consult a doctor beforehand. Taking high doses may increase the risk of thromboembolic events such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its ingredients, or those who have previously experienced asthma, as well as infants under three months old, and individuals allergic to soy oil, beans, or peanuts should not take this medication. Do not take it together with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives, and consult with an expert before taking it if there are suspicions of chickenpox, influenza in children, allergies, liver or kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, elderly individuals, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Special caution is needed for those taking low-dose aspirin as this medication may diminish the effects of aspirin. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness, or swelling occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Severe allergic reactions or skin anomalies may also occur, necessitating caution. Children under the age of 2 should generally not use this medication unless in special circumstances, and supervision by a guardian is required when administering to children. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from consuming alcohol while taking this medication. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, it is advised to use the minimal dosage for the shortest duration as it may affect fetal kidney function, and use should be avoided after 30 weeks of pregnancy. Lastly, this medication should be stored in a cool, dry place out of reach of children and should not be transferred to other containers.
