This medication is used to prevent and relieve dizziness, vomiting, and headaches caused by motion sickness.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 15 years and older: 1 sachet (10 mL) once Take 30 minutes before travel to prevent motion sickness. For additional doses, take at intervals of more than 4 hours, and do not exceed 3 doses in one day.

Precautions

This medication contains the artificial sweetener aspartame, which is broken down into phenylalanine in the body. Therefore, patients with the hereditary condition phenylketonuria should not take this medication. The daily allowable amount of aspartame should be controlled to below 40mg/kg as recommended by WHO, and for a 60kg adult, the maximum daily dosage can be up to 24g. It is safer for infants under 3 years of age and children under 12 to avoid taking this medication. Additionally, this medication should not be taken with other antiemetics, cold medicines, antipyretics, analgesics, antihistamines, sedatives, cough suppressants, etc. Patients with a history of drug allergies, pregnant women or those who might become pregnant, nursing mothers, patients with glaucoma or urinary disorders, those taking other medications, or patients with respiratory diseases such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis should consult a physician, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If allergic symptoms such as skin rash, redness, or itching, or urinary disorders, dry mouth, etc. occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Dosage and administration must be strictly adhered to, and it should not be administered to children. Drowsiness may occur after taking the medication, so driving or operating hazardous machinery should be avoided. Once opened, the sachet should be tightly closed and used within 2 days, and it is advisable not to consume alcoholic beverages while taking this medication. Epidemiological studies on the use of this medication during pregnancy did not show an increase in the risk of major congenital defects, but animal studies indicate an increased incidence of fetal malformations, so consultation with an expert is recommended before taking during pregnancy.
