It is effective for anemia suspected due to folic acid deficiency or metabolic disorders, such as nutritional anemia, pregnancy-related anemia, and pediatric anemia. Additionally, it helps in treating megaloblastic anemia caused by the use of antiepileptic drugs, alcohol addiction, or liver disease.
