Adult dosage

Adults take 1 capsule once a day.

This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, patients with sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with kidney diseases. Those with allergies to any of the ingredients or who exhibit hypersensitivity should also avoid taking it. It is advisable not to administer this medication to infants under 3 months of age, patients with kidney stones, or those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts. Consultation with a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist is necessary before taking this medication if, for instance, currently receiving other treatments, patients with hyperoxaluria who have excess oxalates in urine, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and premature infants or young babies. Additionally, patients with gout or a history of kidney stones, hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should exercise caution. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Prolonged use at high doses may lead to tolerance and an increased risk of side effects such as peptic ulcers, blood sugar control disorders, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. If you accidentally overdose or if symptoms persist after one month of use, consult a physician. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. This medication may affect blood glucose measurement during urine tests and may alter urine color to yellow, affecting test results. Patients at risk for fat overload should have their blood lipid levels checked regularly and adjust the dosage of this medication as needed. Particularly when used with other lipid-injection agents, dosage adjustments should be made considering the lipid content. Keep this medication out of reach of children, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and in a tightly sealed container. It is also important not to transfer it to other containers to maintain its quality and prevent misuse.
