The vitamin B1 and E in this medication help with physical fatigue, fatigue during pregnancy and breastfeeding, weakness during and after illness, and in old age. It is also effective in alleviating symptoms of neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain (such as back pain and shoulder stiffness), and reducing fatigue in the eyes. It is used for various symptoms and conditions to improve health.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 19 and older: take 1 tablet twice daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with allergic reactions to this drug or any of its ingredients. Babies under 12 months should not take this medication. Additionally, people with a genetic problem that prevents the breakdown of lactose or those with galactose intolerance, lactose deficiency, and glucose-galactose absorption disorders should not take this medication. Individuals who are allergic or hypersensitive to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should also avoid taking this medication. It is advisable not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids while taking this medication. Patients receiving medical treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, and patients with kidney or heart problems should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Moreover, patients with abnormalities in fat metabolism such as hypoproteinemia, hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should exercise caution. If symptoms like stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rashes, vomiting, skin itching or swelling, irregular heartbeats, or loss of appetite occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. If the menstrual cycle speeds up or bleeding persists for a long time, medical consultation is necessary. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the combination of this medication and vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure may occur, so caution is required; co-administration with aldosterone antagonists or trimethoprim may increase blood potassium levels. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of taking this medication, consult a doctor. This medication should be taken according to the prescribed dosage and method, and it is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking it. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels while taking this medication and adjust the dosage as necessary. When using it in conjunction with other lipid injections, it is important to regulate the dosing according to the total amount of lipids. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, in a tightly sealed container. Moreover, it is crucial not to transfer it to another container to maintain its quality.
