Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients. It should be avoided in cases of infection or severe inflammation at the injection site, as using this medication may worsen the condition. It is advisable not to inject this medication into areas with skin infections or skin diseases. Patients with a history of allergies to other medications or those with liver function problems should exercise more caution when using this medication. Serious allergic reactions such as shock may occur when administering this medication, hence careful observation is required. Common symptoms at the injection site include pain, redness, swelling, and warmth, which generally resolve naturally over time. After injecting this medication into the joint, it is recommended to avoid excessive exercise or activities that put stress on the joint for 48 hours and to stabilize the joint. If the medication leaks outside the joint, it may cause pain, so it must be administered accurately into the joint by an experienced physician. The safety and efficacy of using this medication concurrently with other intra-articular medications have not been confirmed, so it is advisable not to combine them. The safety of this medication in pregnant or breastfeeding women has not been established, so its use is not recommended. Elderly individuals may have diminished physical functions, so caution is necessary when using this medication. Maintain a sterile environment during administration, and if there is any accumulation of joint fluid, it should be removed before use to ensure safety. This medication should not be administered intravascularly, outside the joint, or within lubricating tissues. Disinfect the injection site before use and safely dispose of the syringe and needle after use. Do not use if the packaging is damaged or open, and as this is a single-use product, do not reuse it. If symptoms do not improve, it is advisable not to administer a second injection.
