If symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, or vomiting occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult healthcare professionals. Consistent changes in menstruation or prolonged bleeding while taking this medication may increase the risk of thrombosis when taken with oral contraceptives, so caution is necessary. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart problems may occur, and taking this medication with certain diuretics may dangerously elevate blood potassium levels. If symptoms do not improve within about a month of taking this medication, it is recommended to consult healthcare professionals. This medication should be taken as prescribed regarding the method and dosage, as it may cause the urine to turn yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It is recommended to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after ingestion. Patients with lipid metabolism issues should regularly check blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage accordingly, and when using other lipid-lowering medications, consider the total lipid content for dosage adjustments.
