Vitamin B1 and Vitamin D are each helpful in specific situations. Vitamin B1 is particularly needed when physically fatigued, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in children during growth phases or in the elderly when endurance is diminished. Vitamin D plays an important role in cases of poor bone and dental development and in the prevention of rickets. Therefore, this medicine is used for recovery from fatigue, healthy growth, and maintenance of bone health.

Additionally, those with allergies to any component of this medicine, children under 12 months, kidney stone patients, and individuals with severe renal failure should also avoid taking this medication. During treatment, it is preferable to avoid concomitant use with certain medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, and antacids. Women receiving medical treatment, pregnant, or possibly pregnant should consult a professional before taking this medicine. Caution is especially necessary as Vitamin D may be secreted in breast milk, potentially causing hypercalcemia in infants. Individuals with heart or circulatory problems, renal dysfunction, or hypoalbuminemia, as well as those taking cardiac glycosides, should also consult a professional before use. If nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rash occurs during use, immediately discontinue the medication and consult a professional. Also, excessive intake of Vitamin B12 can cause abnormal blood reactions, which is a concern. Long-term use may result in hypercalcemia or nephrolithiasis, and caution is advised when used with certain diuretics due to the risk of hyperkalemia. If the dosage is exceeded or symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional. This medicine should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and it is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking the medication. When storing, keep it out of the reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. It is also important not to transfer the medication to another container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
