Adult dose

For adults, take 1 tablet once daily.

This medication should not be taken by those with excessive calcium in the blood, unidentified systemic inflammatory diseases, or kidney diseases. Additionally, those with allergies to the ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, or those with severe renal failure symptoms should avoid use. It is advisable not to take this medication together with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. If you are currently receiving other treatments, are pregnant, breast-feeding, have heart or circulatory system issues, have kidney problems, or have low protein levels, you must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If you experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rashes while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. High doses of vitamin B12 may cause blood-related abnormalities, and overdose may lead to gastrointestinal disturbances, swelling, and heart failure symptoms, so caution is required. Long-term use may lead to excessively high blood calcium levels or kidney stones, necessitating regular testing. Care should be taken as hyperkalemia may occur when this medication is taken with certain diuretics. Adhere to the dosage closely, and it is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking the medication. Store this medication out of the reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, and keep it sealed in a cool, dry place. It is also safer not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
