The vitamin B2 and B6 contained in this medication help when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as when physical strength is reduced due to illness or post-illness. It is also effective in relieving inflammatory symptoms around the mouth, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin diseases like eczema and dermatitis. It is used for muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Thus, this medication helps relieve various symptoms and recover physical strength, improving health.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older and adults: Take 20 mL once daily, between meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 12 months or patients with severe kidney dysfunction should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication simultaneously with other drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Women undergoing treatment, those who are pregnant or potentially pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, individuals with heart or circulatory diseases, those with kidney function issues, patients with hypoproteinemia, and those allergic to caramel should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If severe symptoms such as red spots, diarrhea, or cardiac arrest occur during use, or if there is central nervous system dysfunction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Moreover, high-dose, long-term use of pyridoxine may cause abnormalities in the nervous system, so caution is required. High doses may exacerbate peptic ulcers, impair glucose metabolism, increase blood uric acid, and lead to liver damage. Overuse may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, so care should be taken. When taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, blood potassium levels may increase, so caution is advised. If overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a healthcare professional immediately. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration strictly; this medication may turn urine yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, before and after ingestion. When storing, keep this medication out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a sealed container in a cool and dry place.
