Pine Cold Cough Syrup

Adult dose

Ages 15 and older: take 1 pouch (20 mL) once, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals. In principle, the dosing interval is 4 hours.

Child dose

Ages 11 to under 15: take 2/3 pouch once, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals. Ages 7 to under 11: take 1/2 pouch once, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals. Ages 3

This medication may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Acetaminophen contained in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if any rash or abnormal reaction appears on the skin, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen is 4,000 mg, and caution should be exercised when taking this medication with other acetaminophen-containing products to avoid liver damage. Individuals who have allergies to this medication or its components, have experienced asthma, are under three months of age, or are taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotic medications should not take this product. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to take cough or phlegm medications, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Especially children, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, individuals with chronic conditions, and those with a history of drug allergies should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or shortness of breath appear after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare personnel. This medication should not be administered to children under 2 years of age, but if necessary, a doctor's examination should be sought. Follow the prescribed usage and dosage and avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol consumption. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it is best not to transfer it to another container for quality maintenance.

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to avoid exposure to air or moisture. The storage temperature should ideally be kept between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius (room temperature). This helps maintain the medication's effectiveness and safety.
