Relief of inflammatory edema (surgery, trauma, mammary engorgement)
This medication is used to relieve inflammatory edema that occurs after surgery or trauma, as well as swelling caused by mammary engorgement due to poor breast milk flow.
On the first day, take 2 tablets once, 4 times a day. Thereafter, for maintenance, take 1 tablet once, 4 times a day.
This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic problem that prevents the breakdown of lactose should not take it. Patients with bleeding disorders or severe liver or kidney dysfunction should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should also consult a specialist before taking this medication, and it should only be used if the benefits are deemed greater than the risks. Patients taking anticoagulants should be monitored closely when taking this medication, as it may enhance the blood-thinning effect. This medication contains a dye called Yellow No. 4; those with allergies to this ingredient or who have experienced hypersensitivity should use it cautiously. If any symptoms of hypersensitivity, such as skin rash or redness, occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor. It may cause gastrointestinal issues resulting in symptoms such as diarrhea, constipation, decreased appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, and vomiting, so consult a professional if these symptoms occur. Rarely, bleeding tendencies may manifest, such as nosebleeds or blood-streaked sputum, and if such symptoms occur, stop taking the medication immediately and seek advice. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration; do not arbitrarily increase or decrease the dosage. It should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container from the original packaging can decrease the quality of the medication or risk misuse; therefore, it must be stored in the original container and the lid must be tightly closed.
Rash, redness (hyperemia), diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, nosebleeds, and bleeding tendencies such as blood-stained sputum.
