Caldibone Plus Tablets

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 tablet once daily.

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis (an unknown cause of systemic inflammatory disease), or those with kidney diseases. Individuals who are allergic to or have hypersensitivity to any ingredients in this drug should also avoid it. Children under 12 months should not take this drug. Patients with kidney stones or severe renal failure should also refrain from using it. This drug should be avoided by those with allergies or hypersensitivity to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts. While taking this medication, it is advised not to concurrently use phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, or antacids. Patients undergoing treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with heart or circulatory diseases, renal impairment, hypoproteinemia, those on cardiac glycosides, patients with a history of kidney stones, and patients with lipid metabolism disorders should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, irregular heartbeat occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Also, excessive or prolonged use of Vitamin B12 can lead to hypercalcemia, stone disease, edema, and other side effects, so caution is necessary. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and method of use accurately, and to avoid beverages that contain tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after administration. Patients at risk of fat overload should monitor plasma lipid levels and adjust dosage accordingly, considering lipid content when using other lipid-regulating agents. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children, stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight in a tightly sealed container. To maintain quality, it is important not to transfer to another container.
