Thus, it helps maintain health and improve stamina in these situations.

How to take

Adult dose

The adult dosage is 2 tablets once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by those with high calcium levels in the blood, sarcoidosis, or kidney diseases. It should also be avoided by individuals who have an allergic reaction to this medication, infants under 12 months, or patients with a history of kidney stones or severe renal failure. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take other medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids.
