This medication contains vitamin B1 and vitamin D. Vitamin B1 is necessary during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, when experiencing reduced physical strength during and after illness, during growth periods, and in the elderly. Vitamin D is primarily used to improve bone health and prevent rickets. This medication helps improve health and recover physical strength and bone health in the aforementioned situations.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, an unknown cause of systemic inflammatory disease, or by individuals with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals who are allergic to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones, individuals with severe renal failure, and those allergic to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should also avoid taking this medication. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline drugs, antacids, etc. Those receiving medical treatment, pregnant, or possibly pregnant women, as well as breastfeeding individuals, must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. It is also important for individuals with heart or circulatory problems, kidney disorders, or hypoproteinemia to consult a professional. Caution is needed for those taking cardiac glycosides, with a history of kidney stones, or with metabolic disorders such as hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, or arrhythmia occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. Care should be taken as excessive intake of vitamin B12 can cause hematological abnormalities. Prolonged use may result in hypercalcemia or kidney stones, requiring regular monitoring. This medication should be taken according to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and it is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before or after taking it.
