This medication can put a burden on the liver, so those who consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Rarely, severe skin reactions may occur while taking this medication, so if a rash or hypersensitivity reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. It contains acetaminophen, and exceeding the maximum daily dosage can cause liver damage. It should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing products. Individuals allergic to this medication or with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, severely impaired liver or kidney function, severe heart dysfunction, specific asthma patients, or those taking certain medications should not use this medication. People with liver or kidney diseases, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, heart dysfunction, hypersensitivity, asthma, the elderly, children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those taking warfarin should consult a healthcare professional before using this medication. If you experience symptoms such as difficulty breathing, facial flushing, hives, nausea, vomiting, rash, severe allergic reactions, or gastrointestinal bleeding while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. If used for a long time, regular blood tests and liver function tests should be performed. If abnormalities are found, dosage adjustment or discontinuation may be necessary. Children and the elderly should take the minimal dose and be closely monitored after administration. Avoid concurrent use with other anti-inflammatory pain relievers, and do not use for more than 10 days for pain or more than 3 days for fever without the guidance of a doctor or pharmacist. When an infection is present, this medication may mask symptoms and worsen the condition, so it should be taken with appropriate antibiotics as prescribed by a doctor. Care should be taken when taking this medication with certain antibiotics, as it could lead to a dangerous condition called metabolic acidosis. Discontinue use immediately if unusual symptoms arise.
