This medication is used for patients who need to manage both hypertension and dyslipidemia simultaneously. It is particularly helpful for patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is insufficiently controlled even while taking a combination of telmisartan and S-amlodipine (amlodipine). It is also used as an additional treatment option for patients using a combination of rosuvastatin and ezetimibe who need to control conditions such as hypercholesterolemia or mixed dyslipidemia. This medication helps stabilize blood pressure, lower bad cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and increase good cholesterol levels. Therefore, it is used to effectively improve both hypertension and dyslipidemia.
