The vitamin D and B1 contained in this medication supplement the nutrients needed during physical fatigue, pregnancy, breastfeeding, periods of illness and recovery, growth period, and old age. Additionally, vitamin D helps prevent poor bone and teeth development as well as rickets. Therefore, this medication is used to assist in recovery from fatigue, growth development, and improving bone health.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have too much calcium in their blood or have unknown systemic inflammatory diseases or kidney diseases. Additionally, those with allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients, children under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure symptoms should also avoid taking this medication. During treatment with this medication, it should not be taken together with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, etc. Women receiving medical treatment, pregnant or lactating women, individuals with heart or blood circulation problems, those with kidney impairment, individuals with low protein levels, those taking cardiac glycosides, and individuals with a history of kidney stones must consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rash occur while taking the medication, usage should be stopped immediately and a specialist should be consulted. Caution is also needed as excessive or long-term use may lead to hypercalcemia or the formation of stones, and hyperkalemia may occur when combined with specific medications. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and it is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and kept sealed.
